At Player’s Choice Academy AZ, we offer Professional baseball and softball instruction for hitting, pitching, catching, infield, outfield, base running and conditioning for both individuals, small groups and players of all ages and levels of competency.

Our baseball coaching staff is the best in the business with over 95 combined years in the big leagues, we have helped place 6 players in the Major Leagues today!

Our instructors have trained over (450) little league all star pitchers, 12 all state high school players, 2 high school pitcher of the years, 40 of our players have gone on to play in college (30 have received scholarships), 7 players were selected in the 2005-2006 amateur drafts.

Fall Ball Tryouts

Spin Doctor Baseball will be hosting tryouts for roster spots on their 13U and 14U teams. To determine your age group, it is the age that you will be on May 1, 2011. You can play up an age group but not down.

Last year, Spin Doctor Baseball experienced success as they took home hardware in most of their tournaments.

However, even more important than bringing home championships, player development is at a premium when playing with the Spin Doctors.

Fall Baseball Tryouts

Former 11 year MLB player and Major League All Star, Steve Ontiveros, COACHES AND TRAINS all players in all aspects of the game.  He brings a wealth of knowledge having played for one of baseballs all time greatest manager in Tony LaRussa.  You will learn the intricacies of the game and advanced techniques that you will not learn from other club teams.  You can check Steve out on his website: www.spindoctor.us

Spin Doctor Baseball has its own training center that will allow you to become the best you can be.  6 batting cages with pitching machines, 4 clay pitching mounds and two fields will help you improve as an individual and as a team. There are limited spots for the fall 14U team as they are only taking on 2 new players.  The 13U team will have more roster spots available.

Tryouts will be held on Wednesday,

July 21 and 28 from 6:00 -7:30.
